for meditation is unique and has certain requirements. It should have very
little, if any, melody that the mind can attach itself to. It should be
consistently soft without any loud moments. If it has a beat it should never be
faster than 60 beats per minute. All of these tapes meet the unique requirements
for meditation music.
Jon Shore's music is being used throughout the world for relaxation programs in clinics, hospitals, and by individuals. His music is also used as background for meditation and guided imagery, massage and healing. This music is designed specifically to reduce stress, aid in sleeping and to uplift the Spirit. All cassettes and CD's are consistently relaxing. There are no loud moments or major changes in tempo.
